Architect & Engineer
For this focus we assess the initial budget and schedule, coordinate design feedback and create RFP with recommendations for Owner, assist and advise regarding Architects, Design, and Engineering firms, and help the Owner and Architect in negotiating service contracts. This also includes coordinating project design work for necessary information required for permitting, etc.
Program Evaluation
With a focus on budget and schedule in this selection we review program goals and advise Owner regarding costs, scheduling, and quality. Develop initial construction budget to be utilized as cost model and establish project schedule, including design and construction phases. We also track milestones regarding owner decisions, design commitments, and cost evaluations.
Technical Consulting
With a focus on the preconstruction phase, we collaborate to define and review the approach, schedule, purchasing, and overall budget and provide experts in mechanical, electrical, communication, structural, and architectural discipline. We involve cost estimators, schedulers, logistics planners and reviewers throughout duration of project. Using the most advanced, cloud based programs and system software, we will provide a detailed analysis of programming requirements and all technical services needed.
