Description:
An indoor lap pool (55' long by 8' wide) and construction of a new family/tea room that utilizes natural lighting and affords panoramic views of the garden bordering the estate.

Special Features of the Project Include:
All windows, doors and brass railings were custom manufactured. Imported ceramic and travertine marble encompasses the pool. The oak hardwood flooring in the tea room was custom designed and hand painted. A sophisticated HVAC system was installed to eliminate moisture/humidity build up in the pool room and provide normal heating/cooling requirements in the enclosed area.
