Description:
The project
consisted of a 43,000 SF ground-up, hollow fiber
filter manufacturing and research facility.
Essential
to the project was the closing of an existing plant to build-out
the new facility which included improved manufacturing systems
designed for long-term flexibility and expansion. A gas-fired
HVAC system was installed in addition to sophisticated R.O.
and M.E.P. systems.
Two-tier
utility distribution systems were constructed to carry process
piping, piped gasses, and low voltage electrical designed
to provide flexibility for additional equipment and services.
