Description:
The project consisted of a 6,000 SF gut/renovation to build two interactive, amphitheater classrooms and six faculty offices in a twelve-week schedule.

Exterior work involved the relocation of the existing entrance and careful match-up of brickwork to preserve the original look of the building. Interior construction included the installation of a new power service and mechanical system, specialized cabinetry to house all state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and extensive millwork for the customized radius seating.
