Description:
A 10,000 SF renovation to the lobby and social services department and a 68,000 SF renovation of the Berger Building Frail and Elderly Housing Facility.

Special Features of the Project:
A custom steel framed entrance canopy was erected. An entrance vestibule was installed utilizing brass clad siding doors. All carpets, light fixtures, millwork and columns were custom manufactured. Pedestrian passageways were reconstructed and full height windows were installed to enhance the natural lighting within the walkways and lobby.

All interior work was completed while maintaining pedestrian/resident traffic.
