The project consisted of the construction of a 64-unit wood framed assisted living development located on Silver Lake. The two-story living space is approximately 69,000 SF with a steel frame below ground, a parking area of approximately 15,000 SF and includes a complete on-site kitchen and dining facility. The architecture relates to some of the more historic structures in Eastern MA, with pitched/gabled roof profiles, double hung windows, wood siding and porch structures.
